convenient location helpful staff tiny room expensive bar
The location is really convenient for getting around. It is a short walk to the city center! The staff members were very nice and helpful. I REALLY appreciated that
The hotel felt old. The room was REALLY tiny and did not offer a view! Some things in the room did not work and that was annoying. The bar seemed quite expensive too

Surprising Find!

larger beds modern bathroom friendly staff
This hotel had bigger beds in the single rooms than i expected. The rooms were clean, and the bathrooms had modern upgrades. Friendly staff are always a plus, they did a great job. I definitely recommend this hotel to other travelers.
I found that the parking was costly, even with the discount available. This charge adds to the overall cost. The hotel should consider to reevaluate costs.
Service
9/10
The staff was always available and very attentive. They responded promptly to my requests and seemed genuinely invested in making my stay comfortable. The team offered helpful advice for exploring the city.

charming stay

central location easy access reception availability oscillating fan
The location was quite central. It made accessing shopping areas rather easy. I appreciated the 24/7 availability of the reception desk. Staff brought an oscillating fan to my room as the night was quite warm.
The hotel bar sign said it was open until 2 am, yet it was closed just after midnight, a shame really.
Facilities
9/10
The reception area features a carpet which is visually appealing. The hotel provides luggage storage needing it before check-in. This was a useful service.
Dining
8/10
The hotel is near several pubs and cafes, ensuring convenient dining options. A range of choices are accessible within a short walk from the hotel. This is quite convenient.
